As dusk settles over the farm, join us for a behind-the-scenes tour and a one-of-a-kind experience: Bedtime with the Broodmares. Guests will take a quiet walk through the barns and pastures as the mares wind down for the night, learning about their stories and the care that goes into giving each of them a safe, peaceful retirement.
When the last light fades, the real magic begins. We’ll provide glow sticks and red-light flashlights before heading into the pasture to share bedtime treats under the moonlight. Whether it’s a clear night with stars overhead or one of those soft, cloudy evenings where the world feels still — this is your chance to stand among the herd, listen to them breathe, and feel the quiet connection that makes Mareworthy so special.
Each evening includes:
A guided farm tour at dusk
A visit with the mares in their pastures
Glow sticks and red-light flashlights for guests
Treats to feed the mares before bedtime
A chance to capture glow-lit photos and memories that will last a lifetime

Start Time: 7:00pm EST
Duration: ~90 minutes
Price: $45 per person
Location: Nicholasville, KY (exact address will be sent via email with more details)
Attendance: Limited to 6 guests per evening (ages 12+ recommended)
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes required; bring a light jacket if needed
Safety: We’ll move quietly and calmly among the mares. Red-light flashlights help us see without startling them.

If conditions aren’t safe for guests or horses, we’ll notify attendees by 2 PM the day of the event and reschedule or refund tickets.
